This Rosé shows how fresh and juicy the wines from Keuper are. Direct pressed Pinot Noir, Domina and Dornfelder grapes from 35 years old wines. The grapes undergo direct pressing, followed by fermentation in old oak barrels, and are aged on the lees for nine months. This process contributes to the wine's straightforward acidity and light red strawberry fruit notes.
