The Skin 2023 by Andi Weigand is an orange wine crafted from Silvaner grapes sourced from 45-year-old vines in Franconia, Germany. The grapes undergo an extended maceration period, spending nine months on their skins in qvevri (clay amphorae), which imparts a distinctive character to the wine.
