A 50/50 blend of Grauburgunder and Riesling creates a truly remarkable wine. Known for his skilled work with Grauburgunder, Mann blends it with direct-pressed Riesling for an exceptional result. The Grauburgunder brings wild red fruits and rhubarb, along with structure from the maceration. Meanwhile, the Riesling adds golden apple, crisp acidity, and minerality. It’s clear that Riesling and Grauburgunder make a perfect match.
