A bright, easy-drinking natural wine bursting with citrus, pineapple, and a touch of florals. It’s perfect for starting or ending the night. Made from whole bunches fermented on skins for 10 days, then aged in large oak barrels (2400L–4500L) for 9 months. Unfiltered, with no added sulphur. Juicy and refreshing, with notes of yellow fruit, apple, and lime.
