The grapes are de-stemmed and transferred to the tank where maceration of 24 hours takes place. The skins are then separated from the juice and softly pressed, then transferred to the stainless steel tank where our indigenous yeasts take over and lead the fermentation process.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
