Trompette has a rich and complex identity, not resembling any classic blend: we drink the soul of the place and the story of the grandfather who worked his vines in complantation and agroforestry. This blend of unidentified grape varieties and old vines planted among trees gives slight oxidative notes of dried fruit, honey and stone fruit, balanced by a crisp acidity. A challenge when it comes to pairing, let the puzzle unfold for yourself!
