This aromatic and expressive maceration wine is a blend of Viniferas and hybrids. Coming partly from La Crescent in 90-day skin maceration (50%) and for the rest from Riesling, Hibernal, La Crescent and Brianna in direct press (50%). Natural fermentation and aging in fiberglass for maceration and barrel for the rest. Bottled without fining or filtration.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
