A crisp rosé of campinos, salty watermelon, strawberries and cream with a delightfully refreshing acid profile and a robust pink tint. This is a patio slinging rosé that is as perfect during cocktail hour as it is with the main course.

Gamay, Cab Franc and Blau were all destemmed and let to rest for 8 hours before being pressed into stainless steel. Once fermented the wine was racked off lees into neutral french oak for 5 months elevage. It spent 3 days macerating on skins before pressing. Small sulfur addition, naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered.
