A single-vineyard blend of organic Spanish red varieties, spontaneously fermented. The wine is fiery, spicy, with distinct tannins and dark berry flavors, making it perfect for pizza, barbecues, or casual gatherings. Fermented in 15,000-liter stainless steel tanks for 20 days with indigenous yeasts, then aged in concrete tanks for 8-15 months with malolactic fermentation and battonage for 3 months. It’s unfined, lightly sulfured at bottling, and filtered to remove tartaric particles.
