Blend of 50% Marquette, 30% Frontenac noir and 20% Petite Perle. Natural fermentation in whole clusters (semi-carbonic). Vatting for 2 weeks in infusion mode, without punching down or pumping over. Bottled without fining or filtration. No added sulfur. Fruit, substance and freshness in line with the style of the house.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
