This young, fresh, low alcohol, crystal clear red with a super slight fizz is made 100% Niagara Fredonia. The vines are over 100 years old which describes the historical identity of this grape and our wine-growing history in Ontario. Before vinifera, Ontario was a grape-growing and wine-making region that was making wines only from gapes like these for a few hundred years. 

Carbonic whole cluster, fermented in stainless steel. Zero sulphur additions. Unfined, unfiltered. Dry. 200 bottles produced.
