Falanghina Bonea is made from the original cultivar of Falanghina and displays incredible crispness, acidity and balance with wild exotic fruit. All grapes are hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged in tank for several months before bottling. A brilliant lemon colour in the glass, with complex aromas of floral blossoms, white peach, pear and sea spray. The long and powerful finish reflects the volcanic soils of the vineyard and 45 year age of the vines. A powerful and textured white!
