A skin contact summer crusher from Rosewood Winery in the Niagara Peninsula. Notes of peach pit, orange pekoe, creamsicle, sea breeze, and fresh florals. 

This wine is made from a blend of Gewurztraminer and Riesling. The Gew portion of the blend was fermented naturally on its skins, including fermentation and post fermentation; the wine sat on its skins for a total of 3 weeks. The wine was then blended with a small portion of Riesling for some more acidity. 100% stainless steel aging. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 0.1g/L residual sugar.
