Notes of white peach, Meyer lemon and fine bubbles (courtesy of a minimum 10 months of bottle aging on lees) with saline touch make it a perfect festive wine, and a pleasant start to any meal. Traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After the yeast addition for secondary fermentation, it’s aged for a minimum of 9 months in the bottle (prise de mousse), disgorged at the time of order. Zero dosage. No addition save for a little bit of sulfites at bottling (30ppm max).
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
