Vinos Ambiz Alba 2021 is a natural orange wine crafted by winemaker Fabio Bartolomei in the Sierra de Gredos region of Spain. This wine is produced from 100% Albillo grapes sourced from 40-year-old vineyards. The grapes undergo skin contact for 4 days in stainless steel tanks, imparting the wine's distinctive orange hue. The wine is aged for 5 months in traditional clay amphorae, known as tinajas, enhancing its texture and complexity. Alba 2021 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites, preserving its natural character.

The nose reveals notes of apricot, clove, and a subtle smokiness. On the palate, it is rich and smooth, with flavors of buttered popcorn, a slight yeastiness, and pronounced tropical fruit notes. The finish is long, featuring saline minerality and a balanced bitterness.
