Catarratto is the most important white grape in the region—one whose nobility isn't yet understood by the wider wine world—but with more and more young producers like Drago taking a stab at it, we'll see more and more oceanic, limestone-y versions of this white wine that can have lots of brightness and lots of texture all at once. Ocean food, sunshiney gold, mineral powder finish. Yum.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
