Introducing a new FWD release featuring YCH 803 — a cutting-edge hop product derived from CO2 hop extract, packed with essential oils but none of the acids. Designed for use during active fermentation, it boosts hop aroma and flavour without clogging equipment or sacrificing yield. We paired our selected Citra in the whirlpool with YCH 803 Citra mid-fermentation, then finished it off with a full Citra T90 dry hop. The result? A bold, hop-saturated IPA with 44% more hop intensity than usual, hitting over 11 lbs/bbl.

We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.

Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.

2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
