Ghia is a non-alcoholic apéritif made with the purest ingredients. Vibrant, fresh and satisfyingly bitter, it tastes like summer on the rocks. Our signature profile is complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro - we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.
We operate as a licensed eating and drinking establishment. You must be 19+ years of age, reside in Ontario and include a food item with the purchase of alcohol. Valid government photo ID must be presented at the time of accepting delivery.
Order online and pick up at our shop (608 College St) during regular business hours.
2-5 business day delivery to most addresses in Ontario serviced by Canada Post. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
